
Virtual Assistant
We are seeking a Virtual Assistant to join our center and its growth! We need a central ‘doer’ for our marketing work. Somone to keep track of marketing campaigns on a master schedule, videography, graphics, scripting, events, media engagements, social media platform management, SEO, mailing lists, new ideas, and promotions. We are planning a second location in the next year 30 miles away. Here are the duties we need help with as a growing business.
- Develop advertising and media relations, communications and outputs, while executing tools to distribute to our consumers.
- You will work alongside the owner to ideate solutions to attract and sell new services
- You will work graphic programs (Canva, photoshop and the like) to create promotional and information products, documents and videos used for websites, mailing lists, social media platforms and implementing media products on these platforms: social media, print, email, etc.
- Track how many media engagements are turning into sales and provide proof to owner. Provide other analytics as needed.
- Coordinate events and set up websites and marketing plan
- Manage SEO on website and Google and make any changes to errors as needed in facilitation with the owner.
- Plan and produce new podcasts for YouTube and assist the owner in the work coordination around interviews and setting up the YouTube site and other social media engines.
- Develop marketing plans around all the Marigold services, events and products and refresh as scheduled and quarterly
- Attend weekly meetings with owner to review progress, plan, alter or develop new strategies and tactics for marketing
- Call central meetings for event planning, plan food for special activities and events seeking vendors, and overall POC when the owner is overbooked.
- This will be a pivotal role for communications in business.
- You will be engaged in all our new application changes,
- Documents management of company docs, forms and changes.
This opportunity starts with Marigold Healing but can lead to future growth incorporating other businesses to assist them in their marking work and communications of messaging. Opportunities for growth are there for the candidate if they want it in the future.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in marketing, graphic development of products to be used in marketing, implementation and come up with new ideas for encouraging growth int he business.
- Ability to build rapport with our marketing POCs
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Work approximately 10-15 hours a week
- Able to use and adapt to new technologies rapidly and stay abreast of new marketing strategies for social media, print and other methodologies
- Ability to shift direction as budgets and events may require
