Admissions Coordinator/Admin Assistant
Position Details:
📍 Location:Charles Town, WV
📅 Schedule: Full-time
💰 Compensation: Competitive pay, based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage admissions calls with a trauma-informed approach.
- Share the admissions link and gather client information for intake.
- Schedule initial evaluation sessions and verify insurance details.
- Initiate the client portal and assist with onboarding.
- Explain Renovo's services to clients and referral sources.
- Assist clients in navigating their insurance benefits.
- Connect clients with community resources as needed.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Additional Administrative Duties (as needed):
- Collect copays, deductibles, and coinsurance from clients.
- Greet clients with warmth and professionalism.
- Answer phones, scan insurance cards, and assist with office supplies.
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Strong communication and customer service skills.
✔️ Experience in healthcare, admissions, or office administration (preferred).
✔️ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
✔️ Knowledge of insurance verification (or willingness to learn).
✔️ Commitment to trauma-informed care and client support.
