The business should demonstrate noticeable achievements in one (1) or more of the following criteria:

• Stability - Substantial history as an established business, including, but not limited to the number of years in business, the number of employees, etc.
• Growth - Record of growth, including, but not limited to growth in the number of employees, customers, square footage, revenue, etc.
• Customer Service - Demonstrate outstanding customer service.
• Innovation and Creativity - Demonstrates innovation in creativity in product or service or management.

A committee will evaluate the top three (3) nominations and choose the winner based on their alignment with the specified criteria.
